Common questions on dates, accessibility, and session formats
Why are October, November, and December on the 3rd Saturday?
Most sessions run on the last Saturday of each month. However, October, November, and December are moved to the 3rd Saturday so our families can enjoy Halloween (Oct 31), Thanksgiving weekend (Nov 28), and Christmas weekend (Dec 26) with their loved ones without conflict.
When will individual speaker names be published?
Our 12-month calendar defines the specialist topic and clinical angle in advance. As specialists are finalized each month, their names, credentials, and bios are published directly on this page.
Are accommodations provided (ASL, Closed Captioning)?
Yes. Live captioning is available for all sessions, and American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation is readily accommodated upon request when you register.
